ABOUT
Debbie Reich is a New York State licensed Speech Language Pathologist with over 29 years experience successfully providing Speech and Language Therapy to children birth through school aged. With an M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from New York University, Debbie has helped hundreds of kids with a variety of speech and language disorders throughout the tri-state area. Therapy sessions focus on individual goals in order to improve speech and language development.
She maintains certificates of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) from the New York State Department of Education. She is trained in PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets), Sounds in Motion and Fundations.

How do I make an appointment?
Email or call to begin the process of scheduling a time to speak to Debbie to discuss your child’s needs.
How long will my child need speech therapy?
Children progress through speech therapy at their own rate. Home practice and parental involvement will aid in your child’s progress.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment for any reason, please provide at least 24 hours notice by phone or email.
What is Speech-Language Teletherapy?
Speech and Language Teletherapy is the online delivery of Speech and Language services via secure video conferencing. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or computer to participate.
Do you have private pay rates?
Yes, I will provide a listing of private pay rates during the initial consultation.
Do you accept insurance?
Not at this time however, I provide invoices with appropriate codes so that they can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
Can you talk to my child’s teachers?
I am happy to schedule calls with teachers and other therapists, along with family members if necessary for the child's success.
How often will my child be seen for therapy?
Session frequency and duration are determined on an individual basis, which will be decided at the initial consultation. Typically children are seen twice per week for 30 or 45 minute sessions.
